Service fee for each next year for all types of companies is 2790 EUR.

Keeping current accounts in all ledgers by means of an automated accounting system (1С:Enterprise); pay-roll calculation; tax calculation; keeping all acount ledgers; keeping internal documentation and reports; making external accounting reports; personnel work.

Legal services

Our company provides also a range of legal services regarding changes in the Commercial register like as changes in constitutive documents, board of the company, changes of legal address, increase and decrease of company's equity capital and other services. Service fee is from 85 EUR to 285 EUR depending on the complexity and the scope of work executed.

We don't render the service "Nominal director"

Latvia as well as Germany is the country of statutory law, and it is impossible to legally mark out the nominal owner and beneficiary. If we talk about our representative taking part in your company's activity, it could be possible only as attorney-in-fact acting on the ground of power of attorney.

Requirements to documents

All documents to be submitted to the Commercial Register on foreign language shall have attached notarised translations in the Latvian language.

All public documents issued abroad must be legalized to have the legal effect in Latvia.

Public documents issued by the states being the members of the Hague Convention are legalized by Apostille.
For public documents issued by the states which entered into agreement with the Republic of Latvia regarding legal aid no special execution or certification is applied.
